KB0021 – Creating a Bookmark in the Safari app (iOS 7)

What is this for ?
If you find a website in the Safari App that you want to save and come back to, you can do this by creating a bookmark.  This will show you how.

1. Navigate to the page you wish to create a bookmark for. Then tap the Options icon near the address bar. You can then tap the Bookmark icon to create a new bookmark.

Tap the Options icon (circled) to bring up the menu, and tap on the Bookmarks icon to create a new bookmark within Safari.

2. Choose a location for your bookmark (1), and then tap Save (2)

3. Tap the Bookmarks icon to the right of the search field to see a list of previously saved bookmarks and the bookmark you just saved. If it doesn’t appear to be there, you may need to scroll down the menu to find it or search through the other lists of bookmarks saved, indicated with a greater than “>” symbol.

Tapping the bookmarks icon will bring up the bookmarks menu, and will display saved bookmarks.
