You can print summaries of task comments, marks, averages and reflections for the parent teacher nights through edumate to assist with your parent teacher night meetings. Below is an example of a printed summary:
1. Go to Edumate -> Learning -> Learning Reports, then click on the ‘Learning Overviews heading’ and then ‘Parent Teacher Night Summaries’.
2. Select a class from the drop down menu then click ‘Generate’.
3. You should see a popup window similar to the example below, you can download the entire class’ summaries as a single PDF, or download individual summaries as PDF’s but clicking the ‘PDF’ link next to their names (these methods are useful to have the summaries on your iPad), however the quickest way to print all the summaries you need from a class is to tick the box next to the students you need (green arrows below), select the printer you want those summaries sent to (blue arrow below), then click ‘Print Selected’ (red arrow below).
4. This will print all the selected student summaries from that class as one print job to the printer you have selected.
