You can record identical disciplines for multiple girls at once, or you can select pre-recorded disciplines and duplicate the discipline to another girl/group of girls.
1. Create a discipline for one girl following these steps – Recording Disciplines in Edumate
OR
Locate and open a pre-existing discipline you wish to duplicate following these steps – Using the Awards and Disciplines Register
2. When you have saved the new discpline, or opened the pre-existing discipline, from that discipline details page click ‘Duplicate’ (circled in red below).
3. You can select either an entire class, or type in students individually into the student box (circled in red below) to create a custom list of students which will appear at the bottom of the page. Once you have added all the students you want to duplicate the discipline to, click the ‘duplicate for selected button’ (circled in yellow below).
