SUBJECT REPORTS:

1. In Edumate, click on ‘Learning‘ then ‘Course Reports‘.

2. Choose the report period you are wanting to report reports for, then the class.

3a. For all subjects except English, Maths and PE:

In ‘write course reports’, you will see a list of students for the selected class. For each student you will have a text box where you fill in the Semester Outline (orange arrow). Make sure after each outline you put your initial and surname on a new line (green arrow, only required where the subject teacher isn’t the normal class teacher). If you have set up your semester outlines in the comment bank, they can be inserted from the comment bank button (blue arrow), and then copied and pasted into the other student’s outline boxes.

Finally you will need to fill in the achievement/application for each student (red arrows). The first 6 achievement options are for grades 1-6, and the three options K1-K3 are for kindergarten.
